However you have managed to find yourself on this website, I am really glad you’re here! I am Eli Withers and I am the youth minister at Bethel. If you are looking for a place of very unique personality types, you have come to the right place. Our group has just returned from camp and we had an incredible experience. We spent a week in the mountains of North Carolina without an air conditioner—and we didn’t even miss it! The weather was wonderful! But more than that, our experience was wonderful! It is great for me, as the youth minister, to be able to get away with my group and spend some time just hanging out with them. We strive to uphold one another and build up one another. We don’t always agree on everything, in fact we often disagree, but we try to respect the differences in our beliefs. It is amazing what we can learn from one another when we don’t expect everyone to look, behave and be that exact same way. God created each of us to be uniquely different than the next. Too many times we try to get rid of those differences and mold each of us into similar shapes. At Bethel, it is our desire to appreciate the differences and grow with that.

Everyday we learn a little more about how big God truly is. God is revealed to us in so many ways. Look around our beautiful world. God is so present. We see God in the roaring waves of the ocean. We see God in the stunning sunsets each evening. We see God in the blossom of a flower. We see God in each other. We want to share God with you! Come see us sometime!
